Romero v. Chaverria, et al.

L.A.S.C. Case No. EC 058 508.

Judgment entered in the amount of $575,300 against Defendants.  Mini-van driver made left turn and clipped Mr. Romero.  He was riding a 1999 Honda Shadow Aero 1100 and could not lay the bike down.  Unfortunately Mr. Romero suffered a bad broken leg and ankle, and had multiple surgeries and permanent injury to his leg requiring him to limp.
